Agent Content Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Visa decisions belong to embassies and consulates. No agent can decide the outcome of an application or how fast it is processed, so no content on Agenvia may claim otherwise. This page sets out exactly what that means and how it is enforced.

Where this policy applies

Everything an agent publishes on the platform: advert titles and descriptions, business names, and business descriptions. The rules apply when content is first created and every time it is edited.

Claims that are not allowed

Any wording that promises an outcome, a timeline, or special access. That includes close variants of the phrases below, in any casing or spelling.

  • Outcome guarantees: “guaranteed visa”, “guaranty”, “100% approval”, “100% success”, “no rejections”, “zero refusals”.
  • Speed promises: “fast track”, “instant visa”, “instant approval”, “instant decision”.
  • Claimed influence or access: “embassy contacts”, “consulate connections”, “visa officer links”, “insider”, “backdoor”.
  • Certainty statements: “approval is assured”, “your visa is certain”, “success is sure”.

A disclaimer does not cure a prohibited claim. An advert that promises approval and then disclaims it in small print is still a promise of approval, and is still removed.

What is still fine

  • Naming official programmes: Express Entry (Canada), premium processing (USCIS), priority service (UKVI). These are government products, and selling help with them is legitimate.
  • Quoting processing estimates published by the embassy, presented as estimates.
  • Describing your own work: document preparation, application review, appointment booking, interview coaching.

How this is enforced

01

New adverts, edits, and profile changes containing a prohibited claim are rejected at submission. The platform does not accept them, from any app version or client.

02

Existing content is screened by automated moderation and user reports. The safety team reviews reports within 3 working days.

03

Content that violates this policy is removed. Repeat or deliberate violations lead to suspension or removal from the platform under the Terms of Service.

Why the rule is strict

A visa application is one of the most expensive decisions many users ever make. A promise about the outcome takes their money on the strength of something the agent does not control. The rule therefore has no exceptions.
