Terms of Service

1. What Agenvia is

Agenvia ("we", "us", "the platform") is a technology platform operated by [AGENVIA LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in Nigeria. We connect users seeking visa and immigration services with independent agents who have completed our verification process. We are not a law firm, an immigration adviser, an embassy, a government body, or a payment processor.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register or use Agenvia. By using the platform you confirm that you are an adult under the law of your country of residence and that you are using Agenvia for lawful purposes.

3. The verification we perform — and its limits

We verify agent identity, business registration, references, and (for Tier 2) physical presence at a registered office, at the time of admission and on annual re-verification. Verification is a snapshot. We do not monitor agents continuously, audit individual cases, or guarantee future conduct. Always conduct your own due diligence before engaging an agent or making any payment.

4. We do not handle payments

Agenvia does not process, hold, escrow, or facilitate payments between users and agents. Any agreement you make with an agent — including fees, scope of work, refund terms, and timelines — is a private contract between you and that agent. Agenvia is not a party to that contract and bears no responsibility for its performance.

5. No outcome guarantee

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Neither Agenvia nor any agent on Agenvia can guarantee approval, processing time, or any specific outcome. Anyone who claims to guarantee a visa decision is misrepresenting the process.

6. User-generated content

Reviews, reports, messages, and other content posted by users are the responsibility of the user who posts them. Agenvia does not author, endorse, or independently verify user content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Trust & Safety policy without notice. Submitting false reviews, fraudulent reports, or attempting to manipulate ratings will result in suspension or removal.

7. Suspension and removal

We may suspend, remove, or refuse verification to any agent or user account at our reasonable discretion, with or without notice, where continued use presents a risk to other users or to platform integrity. Subscription fees paid by agents are non-refundable in the event of removal for cause.

8. Service "as is" and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agenvia's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the greater of (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to Agenvia in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agenvia and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with agents, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
