Report an agent or suspected scam

If you have been scammed, suspect impersonation, or have evidence of misconduct, tell us here. You will get a case reference as soon as you send it — we aim to review every report within 3 working days.

When to report

  • An agent asked for payment outside the app
  • Impersonation of Agenvia
  • Suspicious agent profile
  • Inappropriate behaviour in chat
  • Anything else that felt wrong

Reported to bank or police? *

Reports made in good faith are protected. Knowingly false reports may result in account suspension. Agenvia treats all reports confidentially — the agent under review will not see your identity unless you give consent.
