Report an agent or suspected scam

If you have been scammed, suspect impersonation, or have evidence of misconduct, tell us here. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and you will receive a case reference by email.

When to report

  • An agent asked for payment outside the app
  • Impersonation on WhatsApp or Telegram
  • An agent guaranteed a visa outcome
  • Soliciting OTPs or bank passwords
  • Agent disappeared after payment
  • Suspected false verification tier
  • Anything else that feels wrong

Reports made in good faith are protected. Knowingly false reports may result in account suspension. Agenvia treats all reports confidentially — the agent under review will not see your identity unless you give consent.
