Legal Disclaimer
1. Platform Role & Limits
DISCLAIMER: Agenvia is a technology platform that connects users with independent, verified visa and immigration consultants across Africa. Agenvia is not an immigration law firm, does not issue visas, does not process or hold payments between users and agents, and does not guarantee application outcomes. Once introduced to an agent, your agreement, payment, and visa application are entirely between you and that agent.
2. Not a Government Service
Agenvia is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government agency. We cannot influence, expedite, or guarantee any visa decision. Treat any communication that suggests otherwise as a scam — including from anyone claiming to represent Agenvia.
3. Verification is a Snapshot
Verification reflects an agent's documented status at the time of review and at annual re-verification. Agenvia cannot guarantee an agent's ongoing conduct between cycles. Always run your own checks and agree terms in writing before paying.
4. Phishing Warning
Agenvia will never request payment outside the official app, ask for banking details over email or WhatsApp, or contact you from a personal phone number. Anyone claiming otherwise is impersonating us — please report them at /report.
5. No Legal or Financial Advice
Agenvia does not provide immigration, legal, financial, or tax advice. Information shown on the platform is for general orientation only. Agents are independent professionals — not employees or representatives of Agenvia. Visa rules change frequently; always verify with the relevant embassy before paying.
By using Agenvia you confirm you are 18 or older. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full conditions, including liability limits, governing law, and dispute resolution.
