Verification Process
We don’t just take an agent’s word for it. Every agent on Agenvia passes Identity Verification before they can appear, and can earn a second tier by verifying their business.
We confirm the person is real
Every agent submits a government-issued ID, completes a live facial capture matched to that ID, and provides proof of address, an office photo, and confirmed email and phone contact details.
We confirm the business is registered
Agents with registered businesses additionally submit their CAC Certificate or Business Registration and TIN Certificate, and can optionally add a professional-body certificate.
Documents reviewed by our team
Submissions are reviewed within 1–3 business days. Agents cannot post until their verification is approved.
Annual re-verification
Verification is not one-and-done. Every agent must renew their credentials each year, and confirmed reports of misconduct lead to removal from the platform.
What verification does not cover
Verification confirms an agent’s identity — and for Tier 2, their business registration — at the time of review. It is not an endorsement of their advice, fees, or the outcome of any application. Always agree terms in writing and pay through traceable channels.
