Transparency Report

Agenvia has committed to publishing a public report each quarter on what we did to keep the platform safe. Our first report has not been published yet — this page explains what it will contain and when to expect it.

Why we will publish this

Trust platforms only work when their internals are visible. Publishing quarterly will let users, agents, journalists, and regulators see exactly what is happening on Agenvia — what works, what doesn't, and where we still have problems.

What we will report

  • Total agents verified this quarter, by tier and country
  • Agents suspended this quarter, with reason categories
  • Agents permanently removed this quarter
  • Fraud reports received, resolved, and pending
  • Data requests received from law enforcement (number, country, outcome)
  • Platform uptime and reliability metrics
  • Any major incidents and how we responded
